Description of the service: The object of the contract is the data network service of the offices, the data processing center (CPD) of the central services and the external CPD of BASE-Gestió d'Ingressos (hereafter BASE). In order to offer the various technological services support is required on a communications network of all headquarters where BASE services are offered; in accordance with the characteristics specified in the technical specification sheet (PPT). This network of communications must be made up of reliable technology that guarantees for the organization the requirements of bandwidth, speed, latency and jitter in order to guarantee a good service for BASE.
