The City of Vaasa / Talotoimi business institution is requesting bids for information model coordination of construction projects, inventory measurement and modeling service for construction projects, and visualization services for construction projects. Assignments covered by the framework agreement the targets are mainly public buildings owned by the city of Vaasa managed by the Talotoimi business (e.g. buildings for education and training, cultural, sports and youth activities, as well as office and commercial buildings) data model coordination of renovation and new construction projects, inventory measurement and modeling service and visualization service. A maximum of three (3) contract partners will be selected for each sub-area in order of priority. Task description of assignments and operations during the contract period are described in Appendices 1-3 of the request for tenders. The contract period is three (3) years. The contract period starts when the contract is signed and ends three years after the contract is signed. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract by one (1) in the option year, starting from the end of the actual contract period. The use of the option year is notified no later than three months before the end of the actual contract period.
