Tender Details

The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the rental of a data center for the contracting authority, i.e. the provision of "housing" services, consisting mainly of the location and permanent operation of the contracting authority's servers, disk arrays, backup units, SAN switches, LAN switches, etc. to the supplier's/contractor's own racks incl. PDU (Power Distribution Unit) in the hall(s) in the supplier's data center meeting TIER III requirements, including provision of specific parameters of these services by the supplier, provision of related technical support and provision of network connectivity services of optical data lines to existing data centers of the contracting authority incl. ensuring the supply of electricity. The subject of this public contract is: a) provision of "housing services" to the extent specified in contract, b) provision and provision of optical data line network connectivity services, c) provision of technical support, d) provision of electricity supplies. The detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 2 of the Main Procurement Document documentation - "Business Terms" (above and below also referred to as "Agreement").
