Procurement data center equipment. The framework agreement consists of three tender areas. Data center equipment servers and storage networks and security tenderers have an obligation to report financial contributions to the Commission in procurement with values estimated at at least EUR 250 million excludingVAT. If the procurement is divided into separate parts, whose total value amounts to at least EUR 250 million, the threshold for the reporting obligation is EUR 125 million per tender area. In such procurement, tenderers are required to notify the contracting authority ifIt has received financial contributions to a value amounting to at least EUR 4 million per country outside the EU. If no financial contribution has been received, the tenderer shall instead submit an assurance to the contracting authority that it has not received such financial contributions from countries outsideEU. Two tender areas in the procurement are met by the FSR regulation tenders Data Center equipment and servers and storage are covered by the regulation. Tender area Network and security are not covered by the Regulation.
