Qualification and Requirements:
• The proposed Data Center shall possess a valid Uptime Institute Tier III
Certification, ANSI/TIA-942 Rated-3 Constructed Facility Certification, or an
equivalent internationally recognized certification. The bidder shall submit a copy
of the valid certification.
• The proposed Data Center shall be capable of supporting enterprise colocation
services, cloud connectivity, virtualization, disaster recovery, business continuity,
and future workload expansion.
• The bidder shall have qualified operations personnel assigned to the Data Center.
