Tender Details

The University of Vaasa is acquiring a data collection device extension for the EnergyLab engine laboratory. The object of the acquisition is a data acquisition device (DAQ) that measures, analyzes and stores various physical signals from sensors for testing and measurement applications resulting in a unified measurement system. Direct procurement has been chosen as the procurement procedure pursuant to Section 40, Subsection 1, Clause 2 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016). In order to make a direct procurement decision, the University of Vaasa is carefully mapped the market. Of the alternatives on the market, only DEWESoft Finland Oy can fully meet the procurement requirements. The University of Vaasa considers that there is a basis for the direct procurement procedure referred to in the Procurement Act.
