Damage repair service and formwork inspection in the dry dock of the floating facility RK PLO 39 - Galeb The subject of procurement are services: - towing of the floating object RK PLO 39 - Galeb to the shipyard, -repair of damage caused by the impact of the ship "Deniz Akay" into the bow of the floating vessel of the facility RK PLO 39 Galeb on February 13, 2026 and -cleaning of the underwater part of the floating object in the dry dock and inspection with measurement of the thickness of the formwork sheet. A detailed description of the subject of procurement, i.e. the type and scope of services and technical specifications are defined APPENDIX 2. Cost sheet, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The bidder is obliged to offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the data in the specified attachment, as well as all other conditions specified in the Procurement Documentation. The ship Galeb is a movable cultural asset registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia under number Z 2982, Class Decision: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; URBROJ: 532-04-01-1/4-06-2 of October 30, 2006 and Supplement to the CLASS Decision: UP/I-612-08/06-06/0202; Registration number: 532-04-01-01/4-10-71 from February 8 in 2010. The renovation and modification of the ship Galeb is carried out: - expert supervision by the Ministry of Culture, the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the competent Conservation Department, -professional and financial supervision by the construction supervisor appointed by The client - technical supervision, inspection and certification of the ship by the Croatian Register of Ships - further the HRB or another recognized organization that must be accepted by the HRB as equivalent. ...
