1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the 20% LDF 2023 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (3, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Dairy Production Program, Barangay Mabato, Ayungon Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ayungon, now invites bids for Dairy Production Program, Barangay Mabato, Ayungon Negros Oriental. Completion of the Works is required at 95 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
