Description : The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide DAIRY ITEMS FOR DELIVERY FROM JULY-SEPT 2026 for consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County.The quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.Bidders will bid only the Acceptable Brands listed on the Specification Sheet.Bidder must bid products that meet the specifications/pack sizes and codes of the Acceptable brands.Sour cream, Light, 5-pound container, pricing must comply with PA Milk Board. www.pa.gov/agencies/pmb/minimum-prices/minimum_producer_and_resale_pricesDelivery to be made the day specified, between the hours of 8:00am and 11:45pm. Delivery may not be made on a state holiday.
