Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to carry out construction works related to the spa building in Hiiumaa, Orjaku village. The planned building is a spa complex to be built next to the existing accommodation building, which includes an underground bathing room, a steam sauna and a technical room with outdoor terrace and recreation area. The building is mostly built as an underground concrete structure and is connected to the existing building. The spa complex is designed for up to 6 users. The works include construction and installation works with the establishment of technical systems (water, sewerage, heating, ventilation, electricity) and connection to the existing building systems. Lisaks rajatakse uus juurdepääsutee, korrastatakse olemasolev teetrass, tehakse haljastustöid ning laiendatakse parkimisala kuni 6 sõiduautole, sh elektriauto ready to load.
