1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, will conduct a public bidding through National Expenditure Plan (NEP) for Fiscal Year 2026 (GAA 2026) and intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT DELIVERY TRUCK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
