Tender Details

1. The subject of the order in part No. 1 is: Purchase and delivery of aggregation network switches equipped with, among others: 8 SFP+ ports 4 pcs.2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1.1 to SWZ.3. Requirements regarding the subject of the order 3.1. Subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.3.2. As part of the proper performance of the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to deliver and submit a complete assembled (on-site assembly is allowed) the subject of the order (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party, within the time specified in point 4 SWZ. If required for the delivered item is to provide additional materials, elements and equipment, the Contractor is obliged to provide them as part of the remuneration specified in the offer.3.3. The contractor must offer to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in the ToR and annexes and cover the entire scope of the subject of the order.
