Tender Details

1. Purchase of licenses and support for software to manage access to licensed scientific databases.2. The description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1.1 (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) to the Specification of Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).3. The contractor in the Bid Form in Annex No. 1 to SWZ, is obliged to indicate the manufacturer/name of the software/software version (depending on the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, Annex No. 1.1). The contractor is obliged to indicate the above data specifying the offered the subject of the order in a way that allows the Ordering Party to clearly identify the subject of the order offered by the Contractor. If necessary, and to clearly define the offered subject of the order, it is required to indicate additional information, the Contractor is obliged to indicate it so that there is no doubt for the parties to the proceedings what the subject of the order is offered by the Contractor. There is no information in the offer enabling clear identification of the product offered. The Ordering Party considers the offer inconsistent with the content of the SWZ and rejects the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act.4. Order...
