1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of a twelve-month non-exclusive license to use software to handle library payments.2. The description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 A to the Specification of the terms of the order (SWZ).3. Contractor in the Form tender in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, is obliged to provide clear data identifying the offered software: the software manufacturer and the name of the software. The contractor is obliged to provide data defining the offered subject of the order in the manner enabling the Ordering Party to clearly identify the subject of the order offered by the Contractor. If it is necessary to provide an unambiguous definition of the offered software, additional information is required, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them so that there is no doubt for the parties to the proceedings as to what subject of the order the Contractor is offering.
