D 104 - purchase of antimalarial drugs Due to the required quantity, the buyer can add more accessories (max 3). Antimalarials must be delivered with a minimum expiration date of 18 months. If the seller is not able to deliver the product with the specified shelf life, he is forced to offer compensation in terms of size packaged and other items, he is obliged to contact the client, who can make exceptions if he agrees. In the event that the seller does not deliver the goods with the specified minimum shelf life, the buyer reserves the right to transfer this to the seller.
