The work will be performed during a planned shut-down of the Refinery and as such work time will be restricted. The Contractor will therefore be required to remove and replace all three vessels, and disassemble and reassemble existing related piping, platforms, and instruments, within Twenty (20) days of the start of the Refinery shut down. The Contractor is advised to include in his bid preparation provision to work more than one shift as well as provision to work at nights and on weekends. Documents
