The subject of the public order is the supply of a device - a transmission electron microscope (hereinafter also TEM) intended for common biological applications, such as the observation of cell ultrastructure, isolated cell organelles, bacteria, viruses, macromolecular complexes or evaluation of the results of immunolocalization methods. At the same time, the client requests to equip a microscope for cryo-applications so that it can be used to check vitrified samples or for correlative methods and can be included in the cryo-electron workflow transmission microscopy, which has been systematically built up in the Electron Microscopy Laboratory in recent years. The microscope will be used to image conductive, non-conductive and magnetic materials that are prepared in thin layers in dry or frozen condition, in high magnification and resolution. To record the image output, the microscope must be equipped with at least one suitable camera enabling the observation of radiation-sensitive biological preparations.
