The subject of the order is the supply of a table-top laboratory electroporation device designed for the transformation of bacteria and yeast and for the electroporation of other cell systems in laboratory research. The device allows the application of short electrical pulses which they lead to a temporary increase in the permeability of cell membranes and the subsequent introduction of nucleic acids or other molecules into cells. The device supports the generation of exponentially decreasing pulses suitable for electroporation transformation of microorganisms. The device will used mainly in the field of molecular biology, protein engineering and biotechnology for the preparation of genetically modified microorganisms, the construction of expression systems and the production of recombinant proteins. High reproducibility is required working conditions and achieving high transformation efficiency. The delivery includes a complete, new and fully functional system, including all accessories necessary for working with electroporation cuvettes.
