Abstract: S4C is looking to appoint a company to develop and deliver an application in the Welsh language titled `Dysgu Gyda Cyw`.S4C`s `Cyw` brand is well known amongst Welsh children and learning apps such as `Cyfri Gyda Cyw` and `Cyw a`r Wyddor` have been very successful for S4C in the past. Now, S4C is looking for a company that can produce a new app which will replace these apps and which will include at least four educational games for young children in an original, colourful and fun way that will attract them back to the app again and again.Editorial RequirementsS4C would like the app to have a modular form (similar to the `Byd Cyw` play app) to enable S4C to update the games without changing the core app. Applicants should ensure that new games can be added to the app over time in order to maintain the interest of children and parents. The modular framework should enable S4C to commission and add new games to the app by other providers and under other S4C brands apart from `Cyw`.S4C expects the games to be created with a strong foundation in early years education, suitable for ages 2-6.
