The subject of the contract is to provide accounting services to the Cyprus Energy Bureau. Services include: 1. Keeping books and data in accordance with applicable law. 2. Computerized Transaction Recording in Accounting Books based on the primary data provided by contracting Authority 3. Preparation and submitting tax returns of the contracting authority's staff (19-22 persons). 4. Provision of Tax and Accounting Counseling Services. 5. Preparation of financial statements and reports each year. 6. Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT statements 7.
