The estimated quantity concerns 3 branches of the company (Chorzów, Świebodzin, Warszawa-Jawczyce). Detailed data is included in the attachment - Request for quotation. Attachment No. 1 is requirements for the product. Only comprehensive offers with attached and completed Annex No. 1 will be considered. The Ordering Party allows the tape dimensions to be changed by a maximum of 2 mm in each direction +/- from the indicated dimensions. Please provide the net amount in PLN per 1 piece tapes (1 roll). After the negotiation stage, the ordering party expects to receive 6 pieces (rolls) of the offered tape from the selected Partner for free tests - a necessary condition. Signing of a framework agreement with the Partner for a period of min. is required. 6 months to purchase the tape at assuming a fixed price and timely delivery during the contract period. The contract proposal is included in Annex 2. If the Partner plans to sign a bonus contract for a period of min. 6 months - please attach a contract template to your offer. Goods delivered on a pallet one-off or for exchange - please provide information in the offer. Delivery costs of the tape for each order and to each location on the Partner's side.
