The “Cyclical Maintenance Trees” assignment mainly consists of carrying out pruning work on trees, mechanical control of oak processionary caterpillars and digitally mutating and/or registering the data and/or deregistering the work carried out. Pruning must be carried out in accordance with the Tree Handbook as a follow-up to the results of the tree safety inspection. There are approximately 27, 000 trees within the municipality. Approximately 1/3 of the tree estate is inspected each year, pruning takes place in the same three-year cycle.
