Cybersecure PGKiM in Sandomierz - increasing the level of security of IT/OT systems as part of the Cybersecure Waterworks project 1. The subject of the order is "Cybersecure PGKiM in Sandomierz - increasing the level of security of IT/OT systems in as part of the "Cybersafe Waterworks" project, which involves the delivery of brand new computer equipment manufactured no earlier than January 2025, delivered in the original packaging (the packaging must be intact and have protection applied by the manufacturer) and its assembly, installation and configuration, as well as the development of documentation required in the OPZ, implementation of cybersecurity systems, delivery of licenses and systems referred to in the OPZ, conducting training in the use of implemented devices and systems and conducting audits [hereinafter: "one-off service"]. Moreover, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to comply with the terms and conditions for a period of 36 months after the final acceptance specified in the agreement constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ, provided continuous services to the Ordering Party as part of maintaining the durability of the project, including: on technical support, technical assistance, provision of service services, ensuring currency and continuity of updates and licenses [hereinafter: "continuous service"].
