Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of IT equipment for the Krzy Wielkopolski Commune as part of the project: Cybersecurity Local Government, i.e. 1 server.2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order summary technical parameters.3. The Subject of the Order should be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025 and ready for operation without any additional purchases and investments.4. The Subject of the Order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor along with documentation in Polish, warranty terms and warranty card. 5. Place of delivery: Krzy Wielkopolski Commune with the seat of the Municipal Office in Krzyu Wielkopolski, ul. Wojska Polskiego 14, 64-761 Krzy Wielkopolski6. The subject of the order also includes: all works and obligations of the Contractor specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.7. The warranty period granted by the Contractor should be no shorter than 60 months (for the entire assortment), counting from the date of signing the handover protocol (acceptance protocol).8.
