A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to increase the awareness and security skills of cyber security, especially among the older people. To achieve this goal, : 1) the creation of Estonian and Russian written guidance materials (brochures) on the basics of cyber security and organize their distribution; 2) to conduct workshops across Estonia (presumably a minimum of 20, maximum 25). Written guide materials (brochures) rely on www.itvavik.ee materials, include step-by-step tutorials on various cyber security activities, and is an alternative source of information for those who do not want to search the Internet. Workshops deal with the same basics of cyber hygiene as in the brochures, but as an added value, they also provide the participants to ask for advice and help, as well as pay attention to current cyber fraud.
