Selection criteria for applications (phase 1):

After verification of their admissibility (communication of requested documents and compliance of certifications), applications are analyzed and selected according to the following criteria:

1. Quality of the candidate's references: referencessimilar services performed in organizations of equivalent size over the last 3 years (40%)

2. Economic and financial capacity of the candidate (turnovers over the last three years) (30%)

3. Relevance of human resources (study qualifications, specific certifications andprofessional experience, detailed and nominative curriculum vitae) and organizational for the performance of the services covered by the contract (30%)

The maximum number of candidates admitted to submit an offer is set at a maximum of 5 (unless the number of admissible applications was insufficient)
