Description : This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a SaaS cloud based, NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) Maturity Assessment solution with multi‐tier reporting and tracking functions, to be leveraged by Ontario Health and the provincial health sector. A governance/reporting framework will be established to provide Ontario Health with aggregate reporting for all organizations leveraging the tool, providing a comprehensive view of cyber maturity, with standardized scoring, across the provincial health sector. The results of the maturity assessments will allow organizations to baseline their cyber security maturity, benchmark against other health sector organizations, identify level of cyber risk, set maturity profiles and targets, and track progress towards cyber maturity uplift.], (the “Services“), as further described in Part 2 ‐ The Services.
