Tender Details

The subject of the Public Contract is the procurement and implementation in the Client's environment of a tool for detecting cyber events with active protection elements in order to increase the level of protection of the Client's information systems and overall ICT network. At the same time, thereby ensuring timely identification and response to potential threats, minimizing the impact of cyber incidents on operational activity and enabling advanced forensic investigation of events.

The subject of the Public Contract further includes the analysis, acquisition of the necessary tool licenses, its deployment, setting according to requirements (work) and subsequent service and development support (service technical support services including necessary licenses /"support services"/ and methodical support services /"development services"/). A more detailed specification of the subject of Public Procurement is given in Annex No. 1 ZD Technical Specification and in Annex No. 2 ZD Catalog of Requirements.

The subject of the Public Contract is conclusion of the contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), which forms Annex No. 3 ZD.

The public order is implemented as part of the project entitled "Cybernetic security of the Prague 1 district", co-financed from the National Recovery Plan program, on the basis of Call No. 46 - Cybersecurity - city district, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. The supplier is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions resulting from the said subsidy program, which apply to the Public Contract.
