1. The NIA Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Four Million Eighty Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and 84/100 (₱ 34, 084, 668.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Phase 1 with Target Diversion Structure and Canal Lining of Mamara SIP located at Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro with Contract No. 2026-EPA-OMIMO-MAMARASIP-36.5M-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO now invites bids for the above Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within three hundred thirty (330) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
