1) The NIA Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Eleven and 39/100 Pesos Only (₱ 3, 193, 011.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY2026 PROGRAM OF WORKS (POW) OF CONSTRUCTION OF BALAO SIP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO now invites bids for Construction of Canal Lining and Canal Structures at station 1+569.00 to 1+954.00 MC of Balao SIP located at Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required one hundred fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
