Description : 1) The Department of Education - Division of Eastern Samar, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-six Million Four Hundred Ninety-six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 36, 496, 620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts with the following details below. Bids received in excess of the ABC per School and per Lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education - Division of Eastern Samar now invites bids for the CY 2026 BEFF - Construction and Installation of Learning Continuity Spaces (LCS). Completion of the Works is required as stated in the above table in the Contract Duration Column upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
