The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office of Bataan through the CY 2025 Basic Educational Facilities Fund (BEFF) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Three Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos & 53/100 (P11, 302, 479.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2025 Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) - Inclusive Learning Resource Centers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
