1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of ₱1, 497, 622.87, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2025-20% EDF Construction of Multi-Purpose Building @ Lamogong with Contract No. : 1002602-0017-007 dated February 03, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
