Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the Corporate Operating Budget 2026 for CW-MP-35-2026/ AMFOWET SIP intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three and 28/100 (Php 1, 305, 333.28) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for CW-MP-35-2026/ AMFOWET SIP. Completion of the Works requires 143 Calendar Days, inclusive of 11 CD pre-determined unworkable days (11 rainy days). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
