Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR),

through the General Appropriation Act 2022 intends to apply the sum of Four Million,

Four Hundred Forty One Thousand, Seven Hundred Forty Nine Pesos and Eighty One

Centavos (Php4, 441, 749.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to

payments under the contract for CW-MP-09-2022/GUEDAY SMALL IRRIGATION

PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid

opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now

invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires 275

Calendar Days, inclusive of 31 pre-determined unworkable days and existing indigenous

practices. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description

of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II

(Instructions to Bidders).
