Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the Corporate Operating Budget 2026 for CW-ABRA-18-2026/ TABIOG SIP intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Two & 19/100 (Php 8, 870, 292.19) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for CW-ABRA-18-2026/ TABIOG SIP. Completion of the Works requires 210 Calendar Days, inclusive of 61 CD pre-determined unworkable days (rainy days). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
