This includes the supervision and monitoring of maintenance relating to these techniques (with reporting and control of the services carried out). Contracts established with OCBA suppliers remain under the management of OCBA. The main role of the FM service provider is therefore to plan, manage, coordinate and monitor the interventions (supervision, control and reporting) of companies and agents under contract with the lessor OCBA. He must also take charge of the management and monitoring of technical alarms on the site, 24/7, via the supervision in place. In this context, he must release responsibility for these alarms and remove doubts, according to defined and measured requirements. within an SLA.
