Cutting down trees on the watercourses of the Gliwice Water Supervision Authority The subject of the order is a service consisting in felling trees on the watercourses of the Gliwice Water Supervision Authority. The scope of activities includes, among others: 1) Cutting down trees in difficult conditions; 2) Tidying up the area after cutting down trees; 3) Transport of cut trees; 4)Preparing a valuation of the cut wood material. Tree cutting should be carried out under dendrological supervision. The Contractor will provide the documentation regarding dendrological supervision to the Client on the day of acceptance works related to cutting down trees. The scope of work must be performed with due care in accordance with the OPZ, Bills of Quantities, Technical Specifications, recommendations of the investor's supervision, applicable standards and legal regulations. All work must be completed in accordance with the descriptions in the bill of quantities. As part of the order, the Contractor is responsible for his own work and, at your own expense, obtain appropriate permits for transport on adjacent land, roads, communication between banks on existing bridges, culverts on work completion time. Transport should be adapted to the carrying capacity and class of roads. All costs related to the transport of equipment to the construction site are borne by the Contractor. The contractor's obligation is to remove any contamination on an ongoing basis and at his own expense damage caused by his vehicles on public roads and access roads to the construction site.
