Tender Details

It is planned to cut down 270 trees of various species and with different trunk diameters growing along the district roads in the Grudzidz commune. The following types of works will be performed as part of the order: - cutting down trees (up to the height of the existing roadside) along with removal logs and branches outside the road, - cleaning the area after cutting down trees, - purchase of harvested wood by the Contractor from the Ordering Party at a price not lower than that resulting from the estimate prepared by the cutter, - preparation of a project for the temporary organization traffic for the duration of felling, - marking of the work area in accordance with the approved traffic management plan, - the contractor is obliged to cut down all trees within 4 months from the date of signing the contract, - due to the fact that the deadline for cutting down trees coincides with breeding season of birds, occurring between March 1 and October 15, the Contractor is obliged, when cutting down trees, to obtain an ornithological opinion on the occurrence of bird nests and nesting sites on the trees being cut down no later than two days before its planning, - an ornithological opinion regarding each cut tree allowing its removal should be...
