The City of Airdrie invites proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Customized Local Area Weather Forecasting including but not limited to, maps, observations, archive data, warnings, alerts, and administrative support. Proponents should be able to utilize the City's existing Road Weather Information System (RWIS) stations and be prepared to integrate a new RWIS station to deliver accurate pavement condition information as required. Additionally, proponents should be able to maintain the RWIS to enhance the City's Roads Departments scheduling, operations, and safety measures.
