The subject of the order is customer service at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, in particular the service of caring for the permanent exhibition and the care of temporary exhibitions. provision of services in the positions of: information guide at permanent and temporary exhibitions, issuing tour guides, issuing audio guides, cloakroom service, ticket agent and for servicing program or commercial events as part of the Ordering Party's activities, if it is necessary to activate the above-mentioned positions. estimates that during the duration of the contract it will provide a maximum of 19, 500 hours of service provision. provision of services, however, no later than until the maximum amount of the Contractor's gross remuneration indicated in the offer is exhausted. i the provision of services will start no later than December 1, 20252. and a description of the method of executing the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 do SWZ.
