ABOUT THE RFIYle is preparing a public procurement process concerning a solution for exploratory analytics, with a particular focus on user journey tracking, behavioural segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making.The solution is expected to serve multiple user groups, including analysts, productmanagers, and decision makers, by enabling accessible, self-service analysis and shared understanding of audience behaviour across teams.The aim of this Request for Information (RFI) is to engage in early-stage dialogue with relevant solution providers and to collect information to support the designand scoping of the forthcoming procurement. This initiative forms part of Yle's broader effort to modernise its digital analytics capabilities in alignment with the company's data strategy and commitment to privacy-first principles.The object of the procurement is described in detail in the Appendix1.
