Description : The Department of Transportation Harbors Division desires to procure custom sized trench drain filters that are compatible with the current trench drain system at the Pier 29 Container yard. Any filters quoted must be compatible with the ABT First Flush trench drain system. The filter media and/or replacement packs quoted shall be in their own self contained units to make filter media replacement easy for the end user. Filter panels shall be reusable panels fitted (pillowcased) with a replaceable filter media sleeve. Any filter product quoted must meet or exceed standards stated within the HIEPRO Filter Bid Specs attachment. The attachment titled "Filter Drawings" are provided for informational purposes for vendor who wishes to participate in the RFQ. DOT Harbors has the right to return and seek replacement at no additional cost for any filters purchased that are damaged or defective. FIlters are custom sized and should any filters not be compatible with the current trench drain, the product shall be considered defective and subject to replacement at no cost to DOT Harbors. Delivery fees shall be factored into the pricing for filters. There shall be no separate line item for delivery fees.
