THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure two (2) Custom Electrofishing Boat Packages. The State is seeking one (1) new 16- 8” electrofishing boat, components, motor, and trailer package and one (1) new 18- electrofishing boat, components, motor, and trailer package to patrol Minnesota waters. Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation. QUESTIONS.
