II. Scope of Work
PROVISION -The contractor shall provide on call basis additional manpower on occasions where necessary as requested by PNOC ESB Management. The augmentation must be covered by a request order from ESB management indicating therein the number of personnel, position and duration of the service to be rendered.
A. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. LEADMAN/FOREMAN
o Possess the necessary leadership skills.
o Control and supervise Contractor-s personnel assigned to PNOC - Energy Supply Base with regard to the details, manner and procedures of their performance.
o Responsible for coordinating with PNOC ESB personnel in providing the manpower requirements together with the assigned tasks.
o Coordinate with PNOC ESB personnel as to the program of works and the necessary materials, tools and equipment in accordance with the Company Health, Safety Security and Environmental regulations.
o Supervise and prepare daily and weekly report on the accomplishment of the group of individual in their respective area of assignment.
