Description
The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract for custodial services for approximately 500, 000 square meters of facility spaces within USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. Please review the attached DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) W912CM24R0005 for this action. Please note, this RFP is not final and is subject to change.
The performance period for this effort will be one 12-month base period with four 12-month ordering periods.
The Government anticipates release of solicitation W912CM24R0005 around 13 March 2024. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to the System for Award Management web site: https://sam.gov/SAM/.
A onetime site visit is contemplated for this requirement after the solicitation has been posted. More details on the schedule will be included in the solicitation.
