SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender is for an Estimated Quantity Contract for the supply and delivery of Curriculum - Online Course Print Material on an as and when required basis.
This Estimated Quantity Contract will be from contract award through March 31, 2026.

DELIVERY
Upon receipt of an Official Order, goods are to be delivered on or before three (3) weeks to the Shipping Address stated above.
The Estimated Quantities stated below are an estimate and the Province of NB reserves the right to purchase more or lesser amounts depending on the requirements.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If upon receipt of any item it is determined that it is defective or does not meet the specifications required, it will be returned at the Vendors expense to be replaced with new product.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.
