The assignment consists ofdesigning and implementing a comprehensive certification program forinternational public procurement professionals in Latin America and theCaribbean (LAC), aligned with the ProcurCompEU competency framework andinternational best practices. The certification is embedded in a regionalprogram to address the region-s specific challenges—such as the lack of arecognized procurement profession, inefficiencies in procurement processes, andthe need for capacity building among public officials.
