Tender Details

Carrying out construction and repair works under the project "Ongoing repair of an administrative service center in the building of the Metropolitan Municipality, located at 33 Moskovska Street. Carrying out construction and repair activities according to a prepared project for "Ongoing repair of administrative service center in the building of the "Stolichna Municipality", located at 33 "Moskovska" Street. The renovation works affect corridors and offices, grouped at one of the main entrances for visitors to the building, delineating an administrative center service in the building of the Metropolitan Municipality. The renovation works are carried out almost entirely in the interior, with the exception of the replacement of part of the windows on the ground floor and related works. SPPs include replacement of flooring, suspended ceilings, wall coverings; replacement of joinery - cabinet windows and doors; replacement of electrical installations, including lighting. The building has the status of a single immovable cultural asset with the category of "local importance". The current public procurement is co-financed by the Project "Beautiful Bulgaria", under measure M01 "Improving the public environment in populated areas" of the Municipality of Sofia, in the capacity of Beneficiary, according to Agreement No. RD-17-51/29.04.2026 and with own funds.
