1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works planned for 2026 as part of the ongoing maintenance of district roads in the Karkonosze district, including in particular: 1) surface works (including roads, sidewalks, roadsides) hardened); 2) earthworks (excavations, embankments, ditches, dirt roadsides and others); 3) road drainage devices (culverts, sewers, wells, drains, streams, vases, street inlets and other devices); 4) balustrades and handrails, barriers and railings, fences segmented, protective barriers; 5) maintaining roadside greenery (maintenance treatments, deadwood, sanitary cutting). 2. The Contractor is obliged to maintain 24-hour duty so that in the event of a failure in the afternoon and at night and on days off, proceed with repairs or secure the site of the failure. 3.
